Care Packages For the Vulnerable

As a patient of our practice we are delighted to inform you that we have partnered with a charity called ‘Fruit Feeders’ who provide healthy food packages from supermarkets such as Co-Op, Tesco, Sainsbury’s etc. These services are now available to all patients who are in need and/or are vulnerable.
