HeLP-Diabetes is designed to support people who have type 2 diabetes. It can help you manage and control your diabetes so you can lead a full and healthy life.
HeLP-Diabetes has been developed by UCL (University College London) and the Whittington Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and is delivered by the social enterprise HeLP Digital Community Interest Company.
Currently, only people registered with GP surgeries in Barnet, Islington, Lambeth and Lewisham can use HeLP-Diabetes.
This online platform is here to give advice and guidance in ways you can control your diabetes.
