Helpful and efficient

I went to the flu clinic and queued up outside. Everyone's temperature was taken before entering, plus hand sanitising. The staff were apologetic about the small queue, but there were 3 nurses working as quickly and as safely as they could to vaccinate people. The one way system out of the surgery made it even safer.

Exceptional Long-Term Care

Over the past few years, I had to deal with Woodlands Health Centre, on regular basis, as I cared for my dad that had complex medical issues. Sadly, at the beginning of this year I lost him but I just want to take this opportunity to thank to the clinical team at this practice especially to Main Partner GP. She is an amazing GP and went above and beyond to provide the best care possible for my dad. She is very caring, kind and very good listener. Also, she is very thorough in any consolations. A special thanks would also go to other doctors as well as Lead Receptionist at the Practice. The entire clinical team has a very calm and compassionate approach and always offered a prompt support in care. Looking after my dad was very draining and stressful but to have an exceptional support from the clinical team at Woodlands, made it that much more bearable. I wholeheartedly like to thank you.

Repeat prescription

Recently phoned surgery requesting a repeat prescription. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and arranged for my medication to be prescribed within 48 hours.

Lovely doctors

I have a number of long term health problems and I find the doctors at this practice especially caring. They give you enough time to explain the situation which does mean they can be running late. I would prefer this though as they actually listen and genuinely care about your health. The online booking system is great and really convenient.
