Good attitude of All staff I have met The opening times are very good for workers. They have a good pharmacy practice attached with good opening times and staff.

Simply Outstanding

As a local resident and a patient to this practice since 2009, I have to say you will not get better than Woodlands. Exceptional patient care from GPs and administrative staff. They have gone above and beyond to ensure all the comments, suggestions and complaints have been listened to and implemented. State of the art equipment and commuter appointments are readily available both online and in person. The practice manager has indeed worked tirelessly to ensure that the views expressed are implemented and it shows. I enjoy the follow up element in my care and I feel the practice is not only a safe place for me but one I am very proud to call my surgery. The addition of new admin team members is exceptional. They are well knowledged, polite, professional and courteous when dealing with patients. They are very approachable and delightful. They are a fine example of excellent customer service. Well done to the entire management team for the hard work and going beyond their remit to delivering such an exceptional service. A unique addition is the beautiful redesign of the premises. The architecture is outstanding, easy access and competitive with central london surgeries. One hopes that patients will have a better and heartfelt view of the clear improvement in both the premises and services available and appreciate all the hard work that has gone in to get to this immaculate level, I for one I'm extremely grateful and will be reviewing for many years to come. Very thorough and thoughtful care

I visited the surgery to check results of recent tests, and found the level of healthcare excellent, as I always have at Woodlands. I got an appointment that morning, and the doctor explained the results, possible changes in lifestyle (diet) that i could make, other concerns I had, and symptoms I could watch for, and then phoned later that day with outcome of further tests. I found it very kind, and thoughtful, and a relief for me, all in one. It was a thoroughly positive experience. The receptionists were also great organising the appointment in the first place.

Efficient, reassuring and informative

I am seventy-two years old and generally very fit and healthy. I have rarely had occasion to visit the doctor, except for regular check-ups. However this year I have had a few symptons which worried me. I have been offered appointments within a very reasonable time-frame. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns and had no hesitation in referring me straight away for further investigation on two occasions. Her calm, reassuring demeanour meant that I left the surgery feeling satisfied with her response. The staff at Woodlands Surgery are extremely prompt in reminding me when it is time for my annual health review also the 'flu jab. All staff members are friendly, efficient and informative. I have never felt as if I am being rushed out and the nurses ask questions and discuss my medical history with me even though I appreciate how busy they are. In my experience of accessing medical help and support, I have never felt as cared for and supported as I am at this surgery. Thankyou everyone!
