I am very pleased with my GP and the surgery. She is always caring and helpful. Taking time to listen to my worries and to advise me accordingly. I would 100% recommend their services.

excellent service

I have been using this practice now for many years. I have always found the staff to be friendly, welcoming and professional. As I work full time I am able to get an appointment to suit my needs and able to book online. I recently needed to visit my GP and was able to go online and choose an appointment for 7.45pm, which was suited my working rota. I was seen on time by the very professional doctor and then able to pick up my prescription immediately after the appointment via the adjoining pharmacy. Very Happy.

New patient

Having just moved to the area with an adult who has learning difficulty and complex needs we have found the services offered by this surgery to be exemplary. Not knowing the surgery hours or appointment system we were quickly about to find out all the information needed via the website and face to face. I have very high praise for the reception team. They have all been absolutely amazing and nothing has been too much trouble. They have all been respectful, polite and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help deal with a problem. We have been able to get same day appointments and the doctors and nurses that we have seen, have again, been amazing, very thorough, caring and respectful. I would highly recommend this Health Centre.

One particular doctor saw me right away with no appointment

saw a Dr on Monday was given medication by Tuesday afternoon was in too much pain went to surgery. One particular doctor saw me right away and prescribed me more medication was friendly polite and helpful
