Efficient, friendly, informative.
My appointment was running late. However the doctor was very apologetic and gave me ample time to discuss my needs and concerns. She explained clearly what her thoughts were following my examination and about what needed to happen next. I feel assured and confident about my ongoing support and care. The atmosphere at Woodlands Health Centre is always one of calm efficiency and friendliness.

The GPs at Woodlands are fantastic
It can be hard to get through on the phone and difficult to get an appointment if you're phoning/going in to the reception. But the online system makes it much easier to book an appointment for the next day. Once you do get an appointment, the doctors and nurses are fantastic - they are friendly, caring and have fully explained test results and the diagnosis, taking the time to answer all my questions. I never felt like I was being rushed out or that my questions were silly.
